Trademarks
Paze and the Paze related marks are wholly owned by Early Warning Services, LLC. Clover® is a registered trademark of Clover Network, LLC. Google, Yelp, Apple Maps, and other third-party names identify their respective services. None of these companies, nor any listed restaurant, is affiliated with or endorses this site.
Map
The map renders with MapLibre GL JS, shipped locally under its BSD-3-Clause license. Vector tiles and the Positron style come from OpenFreeMap, which credits OpenStreetMap contributors and OpenMapTiles in the on-map attribution. Tiles are requested only when the map is shown.
contact@dinewhereitpays.com is handled by Cloudflare Email Routing, which forwards mail to the site owner under Cloudflare’s terms. The contact form sends its message through the same service from a Cloudflare Worker.
Community reports
Sending a report loads Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated abuse, under Cloudflare’s own terms and privacy practices. Reports are stored in Cloudflare D1 for 90 days as described on the Privacy page.
Location
“Near me” uses the browser’s own Geolocation API with your permission. The position stays in your browser and is never sent to this site. No geocoding, routing, advertising, identity, or payment service runs on the site. Same-origin anonymous usage counts use Cloudflare Workers and D1 as described on the Privacy page.
Artwork
The mascot and brand artwork (the “A Ready” Dine Where It Pays set) were supplied by the site owner for this site and are not licensed for reuse.
Data
Directory records are a frozen, dated derivative described on the Data & accuracy page. Restaurant ordering and directions links open third-party pages only after you select them.
