Informational service
Dine Where It Pays provides a dated, independent restaurant directory. It does not provide financial advice, payment processing, merchant authorization, or a guarantee that a payment option is currently available.
Verify before paying
You are responsible for checking the restaurant, order, price, hours, payment options, and checkout screen before completing a transaction.
Community reports
Reports must be firsthand, current, and free of personal information, as described in the Community Guidelines. Dine Where It Pays may remove or withhold reports and may limit abusive or automated submissions. Community counts are visitor observations and do not change the dated source record.
Contact messages
Messages sent through the contact form or to contact@dinewhereitpays.com must be about the directory and must not include other people’s personal information, card or order details, or unlawful content. Dine Where It Pays may decline to respond or act on a message, and may limit repeated or automated messages.
External services
Restaurant ordering pages, map providers, and other third-party services are controlled by their operators. Dine Where It Pays is not responsible for their availability, content, prices, transactions, security, or privacy practices.
Accuracy and availability
Listings may become stale or incomplete after their observation dates. The directory may change, remove, or stop displaying records without notice.
No warranty
The directory is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dine Where It Pays is not liable for any loss arising from use of the directory, a listed restaurant, or a linked third-party service, including a payment option that is not offered at checkout.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Paze and related marks are wholly owned by Early Warning Services, LLC. Clover is a trademark of Clover Network, LLC. Other names and marks belong to their respective owners and identify their services.
